completing the sale of a home at Millstone Village.

Agents instructions for SELLING A HOME AT MILLSTONE VILLAGE

  1. Check the availability page for models and lot #'s under construction. Or, contact Randy Hess for up to date info.
  2. Please review all documents from the document area below with your clients. Association Bylaws, Declaration a.k.a. Protective Covenants, Builders Addendum, Millstone Option Addendum, Millstone Village - A Planned Community Addendum to Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate, Standard Specifications a.k.a. Description of Materials
  3. Agents should use the standard PAR New Construction Agreement of Sale. All of the documents listed below should be referenced on the agreement as being part of the agreement of sale.
  4. Please list the Sellers as follows,
    Oak Hill Partners
    2547 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601 (record owner)
    and Hess Home Builders Inc.
    15 Meadow Lane, Lancaster, PA 17601 (equitable owner)
    Millstone Village does require a minimum $3,000 good faith deposit.
  5. Any Options/Upgrades are to be itemized on the builders' addendum and the total sale price should be listed on the front of the agreement.
  6. Agreements should be delivered to Randy Hess at Town & Country Realty, 2547 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601
