Hess Home Builders has been building
homes in Central Pa. since 1964. Starting with a
few custom homes a year, Hess has grown into one
of the most prominent building firms in the area,
building a reputation for quality, integrity and
service well beyond the standards of the building
industry.
Hess Homes has been featured in many
publications over the years. A national magazine
"BUILDER" praised Hess for their innovative
and energy efficient passive solar designs in 1978.
Hess was featured in "BUILDER-ARCHITECT"
in March of 1986, May of 1995, and again in June
of 2001. Hess was named "Builder of the Year"
by the Building Industry Association in 1993.

the National and Pennsylvania Home Builders Association,
The Lancaster County Building Industry Association,
Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and the
Better Business Bureau.
