  3. Review all development documents on this website and formulate any questions that you may have.
  4. Contact your Real Estate Agent, or Contact Town & Country Realty directly for a private tour.
  5. Select a model and a lot number.
  6. A Town & Country Realty agent can professionally guide you through the paperwork.
  7. It takes approximately 4 months from initial excavation to complete a home. If you select a home that is already under construction that time could be shortened by up to three months. Please check the availability page on this website. Or, contact Randy Hess for up to the minute availability.
  8. Schedule your appointment for making your personal interior design choices.
  9. Allow us to schedule a closing date and prepare to move.
